Impact Martial Arts offers kickboxing classes and general fitness training to pupils in and around the Tees Valley area.

Our lessons are conducted in a friendly, fun atmosphere. Classes are run throughout the week and private lessons need to be booked in advance. All instructors are trained to the highest level.

We can teach people of all ages (from as young as 5) and levels of ability. Whether you are new to kickboxing or just want to brush up on your skills, our martial arts trainers can help!

We have been established for many years and are continuing to grow. We get most of our new students through recommendations as satisfied pupils tell others about our classes.

At Impact Martial Arts, we pride ourselves on offering friendly, patient and professional tuition. Taking our classes is a great way to learn a new sport, stay fit and have fun!
